This week has been centered around working the grabber aspect of my “inflatable flower” multiphase mold. I want to make sure my custom grabber design works before I integrate it with the 360° bender mold I made earlier in class. I made the shape inspired by cartoon flowers/60’s cartoony. Some things I am testing are the thickness of the air channels. My bet is on the thicker ones due to the added structural integrity of them. The molds are currently curing so testing day will be tomorrow.
