My everyday inflatable Id like to spotlight is this emergency co2 air pump for cycling. The effect isn’t awe-inspiring but it has the possibility to help in tough situations. It also comes in a very elegant package, in my opinion.

This AirJack or inflatable wedge is also interesting because of how strong it is. These are used by both thieves and locksmiths alike to bend open locked car doors. Very strong. Also, another nicely self-contained package.
I had a lot of fun playing with my alarm this week. I created two balloons I am happy with however both of them are on their death beds because of the fragility of the materials. My first goal was to make something bend in two different dimensions. It almost achieves this with a sort of right angle-ish bend and then twisting upwards.

I wanted to make a larger balloon that involved cable to hold rigidity in my second attempt. To do this, I fixed to sheets of mylar together to make a wider one. This ended up being the downfall to this balloon, as this massive seam made finding leaks extremely hard. I had one or two satisfying (undocumented) inflated before the leaks started. I would definitely like to spend more time with mylar, as I feel like I've just started to understand the allowances of the material. Specifically, I’d like to try laser cutting flat patterns.
