Here is my perfect fit, got it on the first try. It’s a circular print that fits within a film canister cap. I have done a lot of tolerance testing with my personal 3D printer, so admittedly this was an easy challenge for me. For really perfect fits I use a .2mm tolerance. If it needs some movement I will use a .25mm.
